In 1983, Maurice Beauséjour graduated from the École Polytechnique de Montréal. He completed a Master's degree in 1988 at the Institut National de Recherche Scientifique (INRS) specializing in microwaves, fiber optics and cables transmission system design. He has been using the "VHF PREDICT" software for many years. This software is very usefull for mobile radio preliminary studies.
