In 1983, François Hamel graduated from McGill University. He has specialized in telecommunication and broadcasting, including all aspects of AM FM radio, television as well as microwave links. He is an active member of the "The Canadian Association of Broacast Engineers". He is also involved in developing digital and analog cellular networks on different continents.
