Short description of the project:
In December 1990, Central Network Television Ltd. (CNT) of Philipsburg in Sint-Maarten requested a feasibility study for implementing five television channels covering Anguilla, Sint-Maarten, St-Barthélemy and Saba.
Yves R. Hamel and Associates contributed to the project by doing technical evaluations, by making field studies and surveys.
